Yes. New devices carry brand warranty as per the manufacturer. Refurbished devices come with a 7-day functional guarantee and a limited warranty (duration shown on the product page).

If the device has a functional issue within 7 days of delivery, we’ll repair/replace it or refund as per policy after verification.

For hygiene reasons, opened masks/cannulas/filters are non-returnable. Devices follow our returns policy—please check the product page for eligibility and timelines.

Yes for CPAP/BiPAP and concentrators in NCR—our technician can do setup, demo, and basic training. For other locations, we provide phone/WhatsApp onboarding.

CPAP/BiPAP and oxygen therapy usually require a valid prescription in India. Upload a clear photo/PDF during checkout or share on WhatsApp.
